Getting to know you


Each project, big or small, starts with some form of discovery. It typically includes stakeholder interviews and an audit of your current content (e.g., website, marketing materials) to assess what works and what doesn’t. We’ll also look at the competition and their platforms to better understand the larger market landscape.

This work can be done in partnership with other external agencies to avoid overlap. It can also be scaled up or down depending on client needs and budget.

Developing Brand & Content Guidelines


If you already have a content style guide, fantastic! You’re ahead of the game. If not, no worries. Once discovery is complete, we can help you articulate your brand positioning statement, your voice and tone, dos and donts, and more depending on the needs of the project.

In doing so, we’ll create tangible resources your team can use to ensure brand alignment and on-point messaging beyond the scope of the project. 

Delivering Word-Perfect Copy

Finally, it’s time for some heads-down work. We develop a content plan and strategy to ensure copy delivers on your brand promise and accomplishes your goals. We then use that plan to deliver word-perfect copy with meticulous attention to detail, UX and copywriting best practice fluency, and a deep understanding of your unique voice.

Working with designers, we ensure visuals and content play well together and provide a cohesive and compelling user experience.
